3. SMS and Mobile Messaging

DCB Hospitality may use SMS and MMS messaging for transactional and operational communications.

For our internal repair and maintenance messaging program, authorized employees and restaurant managers may voluntarily initiate a conversation by texting a company-designated repair and maintenance telephone number. Messages may include confirmations that a repair request was received, requests for additional information, requests for photographs, repair status information, or other communications directly related to the submitted request.

Message frequency varies depending on the nature and frequency of the requests and conversations. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages from the applicable messaging program. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

We may disclose mobile information to service providers that perform services on our behalf and are necessary to operate our messaging program, such as telecommunications, messaging, technology, hosting, or customer-support providers. These service providers may use the information only as necessary to provide services to DCB Hospitality.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
