DCB Terms of Use & Privacy Policy Update
Part 1: Terms of Use
DCB Hospitality Group Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by DCB
Hospitality Group and its affiliated restaurants and venues, including Firefly, Habana, The Hideaway, The
Lincoln, Mesa, and Warwick (collectively, "DCB Hospitality," "we," "our," or "us"), and any related online
services, forms, and communications (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Certain venues, events, and offerings are limited to
guests 21 and older, and valid identification may be required on site.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

booking.
4. Private Events
Inquiries submitted through the Site do not create a booking. Private events are confirmed only by a
separate written agreement, which governs that event.

Menus, prices, hours, and offerings shown on the Site are subject to change without notice and may
differ from what is available at the venue. Our food may contain or come into contact with common
