DCB Hospitality Group SMS Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text message communications sent by DCB Hospitality Group ("DCB Hospitality," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting in to or otherwise consenting to receive SMS or MMS messages from an applicable DCB Hospitality messaging program, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
DCB Hospitality uses SMS and MMS messaging for transactional and operational business communications.
Our Repair and Maintenance Messaging Program allows authorized DCB Hospitality employees and restaurant managers to report repair, maintenance, equipment, facility, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other operational issues through a company-designated telephone number.
An authorized user may initiate a conversation by sending a repair or maintenance request to the designated number. DCB Hospitality may respond with messages including:
- Confirmation that a repair or maintenance request was received
- Requests for additional information about the reported issue
- Requests for photographs or other information needed to evaluate the issue
- Repair or maintenance status information
- Follow-up questions regarding an existing request
- Other transactional or operational communications directly related to the submitted request
This messaging program is not intended for advertising or promotional marketing.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
Authorized employees and restaurant managers may be provided a DCB Hospitality telephone number for reporting repair and maintenance issues.
When an authorized user voluntarily initiates an SMS conversation with the designated number, the user consents to receive transactional SMS or MMS replies reasonably related to that request or conversation.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the number and nature of repair or maintenance requests submitted and the amount of follow-up communication required.
There is no fixed number of messages that a user will receive.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received in connection with this program.
5. Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:
STOP
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Other standard opt-out keywords supported by our messaging provider may also be recognized.
